Full-bodied with deep aromatics and a low-acidity finish, it is a strong, satisfying choice for espresso, drip coffee, or any cup that stands up to cream and milk.

Brewing guide

  • 2 Tbsp freshly ground coffee to 6 fl oz filtered water at 200°F (93°C).
  • Drip: 4–6 minutes · Pour-over: 3–4 minutes · French press: 4 minutes · Cold brew: 12–18 hours.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature, away from heat and light. Ground coffee stays fresh 60–90 days; whole beans keep peak quality 6–9 months.
