Shipping Policy for Sip and Settle Coffee Co.

At Sip and Settle Coffee Co., we carefully roast, package, and ship every order to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
  • Overnight Shipping: Available in select locations

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Coffee Freshness

Most of our coffee is roasted shortly before shipment. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, slight delays during high-volume periods help ensure every bag meets our quality standards.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately if the order has not yet shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

Sip and Settle Coffee Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Weather-related delays
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is significantly delayed, we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate it.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Attach photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We'll work quickly to replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Sip and Settle Coffee Co. ships only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
