Texas Sunrise is a generous, light-to-medium roast from northern Peru with deep fudge-like sweetness, raisin fruitiness, and a smooth cognac-like richness. Its natural process lets the coffee cherry dry around the bean, building a fuller body and subtle acidity that finishes with warm cocoa depth.

With proper storage, ground coffee remains fresh for 60–90 days, while whole beans retain peak quality for 6–9 months.
