Store it in an airtight container at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. With proper storage, ground coffee remains fresh for 60–90 days, while whole beans retain peak quality for 6–9 months. FOR THE PERFECT CUP: - 2 Tbsp freshly ground coffee - 6 fl oz fresh, filtered water - 200°F (93°C) water temperature
